How long in advance should I place my order? 
To avoid missing out we recommend placing your order as soon as possible. Ideally 2-3 weeks notice for smaller celebration cake, 4 weeks for theme cake and at least 2 months for wedding cake. 

Where is your cake studio and do you do delivery? 
Our registered cake studio is based in Edinburgh, UK. Pick up available from Corstorphine Hill Area. Delivery can be organised in advance and is subject to availability. Delivery fee applies and subject to distance. Please contact us for more details.

How to make an order? 
Please fill in the enquiry form here so we can check our availability and give you a quote.  Your order is not confirmed until a 30% non-refundable deposit is received (for orders less than £100 are to be paid in full up front). Full amount needs to be paid 6 days prior to pick. 

How about cancellation?
Cancellation will be considered at individual circumstances. All orders cancelled after a deposit is paid may incur a fee to cover the loss of work already done. No refund for order cancels within 14 days of collection day.  

Do you do allergy friendly cakes?
We try our best to be allergy friendly, please advise us if you have any dietary requirement before placing your order, we can try to substitute the ingredients to accommodate your needs.
 
However, please kindly be reminded while we may take the utmost of care in the preparation of your product, all the products are still prepared in the same kitchen using the same equipment. We are unable to guarantee the absence of the trace elements of any such ingredient.
 
In case of trace elements could cause any severe reaction such asanaphylaxis etc. YC&B do not take any responsibility and we recommend you to get the product from a supplier that can guarantee the absence of those ingredients. 
 
Do you offer cake tastings box?
Sorry, we do not offer cake tasting box at this stage, but we can use the same receipts and make into mini cake size for tasting. 

Do you do cake sketching? 
Yes! Cake sketching service is available for order over £250. We love cake sketching as it allows us to be more creative and helps to validate all the ideas and visions.
