Tasting and Storage Advice
All our cakes are freshly created close to the time of delivery, however they are perishable and should be eaten as soon as possible, especially those ones contain wet ingredients like fresh fruit and fresh dairy (i.e. cream or cream cheese).
Temperature is one of the key factors saving your cake, we recommend:

Fresh Cream Cake
Keep in the fridge as soon as you pick up the cake. It is ready to be served from the fridge and tastes better when chill. Consume within 24 hours.
Buttercream Cake
It is more stable than Fresh Cream and safe to store at room temperature (about 20 degree) for a day or two as long as not filled with other perishable ingredients (i.e. fruit and cream), but we recommend no more than 3 hours as the shape of the cake may change easily when the buttercream get soften. The best is to keep in the fridge and take it out for 1-2 hours before consuming. It tastes the best at room temperature. Consume within 1-2 days.
Fondant Cake

Store at room temperature, do not fridge or freeze as humidity may soften the fondant and the cake coating may get sticky and sweating. Consume within 2-3 days.
Cookies

Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days. Refrigerated up to 7 days.
Macarons
