Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before you confirming an order. Once an order is confirmed, we assume you agreed to our Terms & Conditions below.

 

1. 30%  non-refundable deposit is required to confirm an order (for orders less than £100 are to be paid in full up front). Full amount needs to be paid 6 days prior to pick. Cancellation will be considered at individual circumstances. All orders cancelled after a deposit is paid may incur a fee to cover the loss of work already done. No refund for order cancels within 14 days of collection day.

 

2. YC&B will do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, however, please note that cakes are very fragile and can break easily, please handle with care/drive carefully and slowly as we do not take any responsibilities once your order is picked up. 

 

Delivery can be organised in advance and is subject to availability. Delivery fee applies and subject to distance. Please contact us for more details.

3. For any order made for school/child care celebration, please check with the school dietary requirements (i.e. egg and/or nuts free) before placing an order as we do not want disappoint your kids if they are not allow to enjoy their cake at school. 

 

Please note that all cakes are made in the same kitchen where nuts, gluten and dairy are present. In case of trace elements could cause any allergy reaction such asanaphylaxis etc. YC&B do not take any responsibility and we recommend you to get the product from a supplier that can guarantee the absence of those ingredients.

 

4. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at any time for any reason we redeem incompatible.
